Nowadays, with the rapid development of platform economy, Big Data-based Discriminatory Pricing (BDDP) has become a common phenomenon in which big data and algorithms are applied to excessively seize consumer surplus thus damage rights interests consumers. This work aims explore equilibrium strategies consumers, government, service discuss factors affecting BDDP practice platforms. study constructs tripartite evolutionary game model among platforms, government. Two derived validated using simulation. Numerical experiments conducted MATLAB reveal players’ stability under various settings. The shows that (1) government always influence each other, (2) reasonable adjustment tax rate helps regulate platform’s behavior, (3) proportion consumers who switch after they realize themselves suffering is an important factor influencing strategy. lastly summarizes managerial insights for dealing behavior safeguarding consumers’ from perspectives macro-regulation privacy protection. conclusions this can help promote high-quality economy.
